Shipping and returns

Physical products

When we ship a physical product, it goes out through USPS. Handling time, how long it takes us to get your order in the mail, is sometimes up to 7 days. After that, shipping time depends on the weight of the product and the way it's shipped, among other things.

Physical products bought through our site have a 30-day return policy. To start a return, email help@autumnalgames.com.

Digital products

Many of our games are also available as digital downloads. Delivery for those is often just a few minutes instead of days.

We don't accept returns on digital products.

Products bought from other vendors

Partners like Indie Press Revolution, DriveThruRPG, and others sell our products too. Each vendor sets its own policies, including shipping and returns.

We don't accept returns on anything bought from another vendor. If you bought one of our games somewhere else, contact that store or site for a refund.
